Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Eurovision nightGot myself some ice cream and will be making myself compfy on the sofa so I'm ready for the big, glittery, horrible music, camp, pointless politics, drama that is eurovision. It never disappoints me.

A mage's abilities are:supernatural strength,able to cast magic spells,able to survive for a long period of time.
Her staff/rod appears when shes battling with someone.

You can draw her with her likes and dislikes,her casting spells or just her alone.

What I personally find the hardest to draw is feet and hands. I found that with a lot of practice and a lot of frustrating mistakes my feet and hands actually look at the very least almost the way i want them to be.
Now my favorite Style of drawing is Anime or sometimes semi-realism, and i find that by doing studies of the more traditional style realism actually helps improve my anime pictures greatly. For instance i would practice drawing my hands and feet in different positions holding different things and from different angles. I also find it extremely helpful while i'm drawing and i'm having a particularly hard time drawing a hand or a foot in a certain position i will stop for a

Hi, dear Deviants,

To begin, I would like to thank all the people who have viewed, downloaded, commented and/or added my first handmade icon set, "Lemonade At Work" [link], on their faves!
Many thanks! I'm very glad!
This encourage me to create a new icon set, more happy, colorful and vivid than this first icon set!
I've just started to work on my next icon set, currently in work in progress...

Otherwise, I have an another announcement...
I just installed an open-source operating system on my hard drive, GNU/Linux Ubuntu 9.10 "Karmic Koala" cohabiting with Windows 7.
This is my first experience with Linux, I admit being totally surprised by this operating system who is, at least for basic use, such as Internet, office or some multimedia tasks, very pleasant to use, with a very aesthetic, modern and sophisticated graphic interface.
So, now, when I boot my computer, I have the choice between Windows 7 (the main operating system, used for daily tasks) and Ubuntu 9.10 (used for the technical aspect of it, and for the Internet).
In summary, this allows me to have the choice to work on these two very excellent operating systems...

I've criticized Linux on many forums in the past, but now, it's the opposite situation: I appreciate very much this operating system!

So I can draw a moral from this experience: do not criticize what you don't know, and accept the choices of others people if you want to be accepted by others people... ^^

For finishing, I would like again to thank you!
Without you, all my art, icon sets, photos and more, in my gallery would never existed!
I like to create to share my creations with others...

The DeviantART community is probably the most welcoming and friendly I've ever seen on the web, unlike other websites (like Youtube, Dailymotion or some forums...)!

My next icon set should, if all goes as planned, be available before December...
Having followed the very helpful advice of Raindropmemory, an artist who made very wonderful icon sets and artworks (I'm definitively a great fan of his gallery!), I'll improve my technique so that my icons will much more colorful, vivid, detailed and very happy...

I'm really surprised when I see the success of my first icon set, "Lemonade At Work"! Thank you all!
This encourage me to continue creating new icons, and continue to draw new artworks in order to become better and better... ^^
